PRE-ASSESSMENT

Pre-assessment can help you gauge where to begin each student’s learning. Our kits each contain a 5-question pre-assessment to help you effectively group students to best meet their individual needs.

TRACKERS

Student ownership is a strong indicator of student success. Each Minds in Bloom Math Kit contains a student tracker and a teacher tracker.  The student tracker allows the students to check off completed work and reflect on their work habits.  There is also a graph students can color to show their growth over time.

SMALL GROUP LESSON

You know small group instruction is important, but preparing for this time can be overwhelming.  Each kit contains small group lesson materials that will help you make the most out of this precious instructional time. With our manipulatives and other hands-on-materials, you’ll be sure your students are creating meaningful connections that will lead to deep understanding.

Each kit contains a set of notes pages that when completed and compiled, serve as the perfect reference book.  These pages are designed to require minimal cutting, folding, and gluing, and they fit perfectly in a standard composition notebook.

PRACTICE WORKSHEETS

Sometimes your students need a bit of extra practice, and these practice sheets work perfectly for that.  They can be assigned as warm-ups, homework, or however fits your students’ needs.  Each kit contains between 2 and 5 practice worksheets.

TASK CARDS

Task Cards are a teacher favorite when it comes to practicing important skills.  Each kit contains 10 half-page task cards that can be used in a wide variety of ways. There is also a digital version for each kit, such as self-checking Boom Cards or a Kahoot whole-class game.

Exit tickets are a great way to get a quick glimpse into what students have learned.  Each kit contains 4 options that can be used when you need some quick formative assessment.

Nothing is more engaging to students than games!  Each kit contains a fun partner game that can be used throughout the year as practice. Some of our kits even have digital versions of these games so that you can have all the fun without the prep.

SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENT

When you’re finished teaching the unit, you can use our quizzes to help determine how well students learned.  Each quiz contains 10 questions to challenge your students to show what they know.  There is also a quick-grade feature to save you time.  Plus, there is  a digital Google Forms version included so that you can have the computer grade for you!
