This was super easy for my students to use to complete mini book reviews of the books they were reading during distance learning.
Coryn D. –
In my small groups with my high 2nds, we talked about the system of book reviewing and looked at several books and what types of reviews they had and who gave them. Then, once my students finished their chapter books, I had them fill out the review and they LOVED it! I have them hanging on the bulletin board to show they finished reading a chapter book! Now the whole class wants to read the same book they did!
Karen W. –
I reduced the size to print more on one piece of paper to make them ‘little’ book reviews. Kids love leaving their opinion about books.
Carlton R. –
I have my students complete one of these evry time they read a books they love. Then we hang it on the wall so other students can find great books to read.
Nel F. –
This was a great way to help the students think further about the book that we read. I will continue to use it often to get them to think deeper about the book that we read.
