Students will learn and practice representing decimal multiplication with models in this Google Slides activity. They will solve various types of problems and watch instructional videos for each type. This resource is a valuable tool for teaching the challenging skill of decimal multiplication.

In this Google Slides activity, students will learn and practice representing decimal multiplication with models. There are several types of problems that students will learn how to solve:
• Whole Number × Decimal
• Decimal × Decimal
• Mixed Number × Decimal
• Mixed Number × Mixed Number
For each type of problem, students will watch a quick video teaching them how to complete the model. Then they will practice the skill on their own.
This is a great way to teach students the very difficult skill of representing decimal multiplication.
