The product includes a chart with all 40 activities listed in alphabetical order and the page number for each one. To print, just choose the page number(s) for the activities that you want from the chart and enter them in your printer page field before you print.
These labels were made using the Avery 5163 template (label size 2″x4″) and will work with any of the following Avery label products as well as with many other brands (other brands will say they are compatible on the package):
