Here’s a quick and simple activity that allows students to practice measuring or finding the area and perimeter of figures.
This activity is self-checking, but if you don’t want students to see the correct answers, just quickly delete them before sharing the activity with the students.
Plus, there’s a quick video that explains the activity to the students.

This resource has two versions:
Option 1: Students must first use a digital ruler to measure the length and width of the figures. Then they use their dimensions to solve for area and perimeter.
Option 2: Students find the area and perimeter of the figures that are already labeled with the dimensions.
