Description
This digital Google Slides activity is perfect for incorporating into your distance learning plan. It’s a quick and simple activity that allows students to practice drawing angles with a given measure. Some problems allow students to align one ray along the zero-edge before determining where to place the second ray. Others have an affixed ray that is not aligned with the zero-edge to challenge students’ understanding of creating angles with a given measure. This activity is self-checking, but if you don’t want students to see the correct answers, just quickly delete them before sharing the activity with the students. Plus, there’s a quick video that explains the activity to the students.

This resource is invaluable. So many times I wondered how I would evaluate students when they didn’t have access to a protractor, and was fussing a lot trying to make a Google slide with everything. For the price of a cup of coffee, it was well worth the two math lessons it covered!

I have fallen in love with these resources.
Always Teaching Forward –
I LOVE the self checking aspect of these slides and that students get feedback immediately. I also like the SEL check in of how students feel about the skill and standard!

Thank you so much. I was worried when we went to distance learning that we were currently studying angles and measurements that I wouldn’t be able to continue with student learning. This went so smoothly to help me meet the required standards. Thank you!
