There’s also a complete teacher video to walk you through what students will do.
Great for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders. This digital activity gives students the chance to work through multiplication problems (1-digit and 2-digit multiplication) and use their answers to solve clues that will help them determine the needed password for leveling up!
This game is completely digital. You can also choose to give your student a printed copy of the recording sheet so that they can turn it in to you. This activity is similar to an escape room or a break out in that students must decipher passwords based on a series of clues. However, these clues come directly from solving the multiplication problems! It’s great practice, creative thinking, and fun!
You can use the links below to check whether the technology will work on your students’ computers. Some districts have filters blocking outside links, so if you don’t often use Google in your class, make sure you test using a student computer!
IMPORTANT ▼ Check from a student computer.
Test that Google Slides Work! (You’ll be asked to make a copy!) (bit.ly/testgoogleslides)
Test that Google Forms works in your class! (bit.ly/testgoogleforms)
A printable recording sheet is provided to give the students something to turn in (for a grade, if desired), but the activity can be completed without any printables!

We had gotten Chromebook and we use this often for practice.
Teach In A Jeep –
This is a challenging activity. Students loved it, but teachers should run through as a student and make sure that they have needed skills such as turning a picture box. For lower groups – add the hints or extra instructions to the slide to avoid frustration.

I love this product. The students were able to understand what they needed to do to get to the next level and the riddles added an extra creativity for them.

I would consider my students to be savvy when it comes to using google tools, but the majority of them really struggled with the steps of this activity. The 2nd level ‘wheel’ was extremely hard for them to manipulate and line up the letters and numbers. I ended up just giving them the recording sheet and many of them skipped the steps to ‘leveling up’.

It was easy to use in Google Classroom. Students got the practice. Text boxes are included. I would pay the money for those text boxes.
