Description
How to use this product:
Print each label and laminate if desired. Use the labels to create an area in your classroom for recording math vocabulary words as they are introduced.
Student Ownership
Instead of creating the vocabulary definition cards yourself, allow students to create them. This motivates students to use the word wall as a reference when they need a little extra support.
NOTE: This resource does not include the vocabulary words. This resource is for a student-created word wall resource.
Two vocabulary templates are included for you use to use. Have students write the vocab word, a definition, and an example on the template and add it to the word wall. Alternatively, you can just provide students with a notecard and allow them to create their own version.
Here’s another idea: You could use these posters as the alphabet strip in your classroom, and as you learn new vocabulary words, you can write them in the white spaces.
What’s Included?
- 26 letter labels (2 sizes: 1 to a sheet and 2 to a sheet)
- Title Page (Made from 2 pages)
- 2 versions of vocabulary templates
