My students found this easy to understand and complete. They sometimes get overwhelmed if there are too many different details and this provided an excellent structure to help them set reasonable goals.
Emily W. –
I used this resource as at the start of semester 2 with my students. It was very easy for them to understand and initiate independently. We revisited this resource at the start of the last quarter to determine student progress towards goals and to set new goals for the end of the school year. Will be using this again!
Valerie E. –
This gave me the foundation to build a semester-long goal setting activity with my students where they had to come back and check in with their goals and see if they were meeting them. It was a great resource!
Hannah M. –
I really love this resource! Simple but still detailed goals. My 1st and 2nd graders will be using this next year again!
Katelyn Renich –
We used this template for March goals! It was very easy to follow and meaningful as it addresses that we have more than just academic goals that we want to achieve!
Amanda M. –
I love using this resource every trimester with my students. It allows them to assess if they think they have made progress and we get to discuss the importance of setting goals.
Diana Gonzalez –
My students used this resource to organize their thinking about their SMART goals. It helps them visualize a doable path.
Madeline B. –
I used this with students at the beginning of the school year to help them reflect upon what goals they want to work on. I like how it gives students opportunities to reflect upon different goals that they have for themselves, not just academic ones.
Whitney Crandall –
This is a great resource to use when goal setting. It’s important for students to understand that they must have a plan in order to achieve their goals.
Kelli G. –
This worked really well for setting goals for quarterly checkins. It gave the students a chance to think about what score they wanted to get in advance and then work towards it.
