Studies have shown that having even one friend significantly improves a child’s emotional health and school performance. Some children may struggle to make and keep friends because they do not intuitively know how to be a good friend.

I used these cards at home with my twin girls over the summer to review some friendship concepts. They are both on the autism spectrum and needed some refreshers on how to be an appropriate friend. I laminated them so we could take them with us in the car and use them as conversation starters. They worked great and the girls were instantly interested because of the color and little characters.
