I was a helper in my child‚Äôs 3rd grade class and needed to come up with a fun hands-ons science project. We split the class into groups of three and each child got to measure one of the ice cream ingredients. We doubled the recipe so got to work on our math skills at the same time. 🙂 It gets kind of messy especially if a bag gets a leak or ice cubes go flying across the classroom floor! 😉 So be prepared with paper towels and a mop OR do it outside!! Great resource and very pleased with the yummy outcome.
