Description
Analogy Task Cards: 72 short answer cards plus answer sheet
These 72 Analogy Task Cards are divided into 3 color-coded sets of 24 cards each. Students can solve the analogies orally in groups or use the included answer sheet to record their answers. There are also answer keys for each card set so that your students can check their work.
These cards will look best in color, but will also print out fine in grayscale. Simply print and cut along the guidelines. Laminate and use them again and again. Another option is to print on card stock.
Analogy Task Cards are also available in a multiple choice format with different questions.

After conducting my testing in class, I had a group of students struggling to understand how an analogy worked. These cards were quick and easy to use in small group to help students grasp and understand different analogies.

This was a perfect resource to have my students practice with analogies. It kept them moving and they were all engaged in what they were doing. There were a couple they found challenging, but overall it was a great resource to help them!
